If you have any questions or problems related to the Ooma Office app, you can contact us directly through the app. Tap more and then select Help. From there, you can do the following:

  • Tap Call Support and then select your provider to connect with Customer Care.
  • Tap Report a Mobile App Problem to email our Customer.
  • Tap Send Logs to send your app’s recent logged activity to Ooma for troubleshooting purposes.
