Changing the account's password
The method you’ll use to update your Ooma Office admin password depends on whether you have multi-location enabled on your account.
If you have multilocation enabled
- Log in to office.ooma.com as an administrator and click your name in the upper-right corner.
- Choose Profile from the dropdown menu.
- Click Change password.
- Enter your old password and then enter your new password twice.
- Save your changes.
If you do not have multilocation enabled
- Log in to office.ooma.com as an administrator and navigate to the Account page.
- Click Profile.
- Locate the Security Settings section and click Edit.
- Enter your old password and then enter your new password twice.
- Save your changes.
