The method you’ll use to update your Ooma Office admin password depends on whether you have multi-location enabled on your account.

If you have multilocation enabled

  1. Log in to office.ooma.com as an administrator and click your name in the upper-right corner.
  2. Choose Profile from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click Change password.
  4. Enter your old password and then enter your new password twice.
  5. Save your changes.

If you do not have multilocation enabled

  1. Log in to office.ooma.com as an administrator and navigate to the Account page.
  2. Click Profile.
  3. Locate the Security Settings section and click Edit.
  4. Enter your old password and then enter your new password twice.
  5. Save your changes.
