customers can boost business productivity with just a few clicks by turning on Ooma AI Transcriptions. Once AI Transcriptions are enabled, your account will be able to transcribe business conversations with the following features:
- Accurate transcriptions of recorded calls
- Speaker identification (when available)
- A summary that highlights discussion points, decisions, and next steps
- Transcription search functionality
A system administrator can turn on AI Transcriptions by following these steps:
- Log in to office.ooma.com as an administrator and navigate to the Settings page.
- Go to System and then choose the Call Recording tab.
- Make sure you’ve checked the Enable Call Recording option, then select Enable AI Transcriptions to automatically transcribe recordings.
- Save your changes.
When AI Transcriptions is enabled, you can find them in Ooma Office Manager, the Ooma end User Portal, and the Mobile App under the Call Logs section. You can also filter, search, and manage your AI Transcriptions by visiting the Transcriptions section in Ooma Office Manager or the End User Portal.
