Ooma Office for Mobile

If you signed up with Ooma Office for Mobile for a cloud-based solution, then you may cancel your account by contacting a member of our Customer Care team.

Ooma Office hardware setup

If you purchased a Grandstream ATA device, an Ooma Office Base Station, an IP phone, or any other associated equipment to set up Ooma Office, then your cancellation and return process will depend on whether you purchased directly from Ooma or from a third-party reseller.

Direct Purchase

Hardware that was purchased directly from Ooma can be refunded if it is shipped back within our risk-free guarantee timeframe. Please repackage your hardware in its original packaging and then contact our Customer Care team to cancel your service and to receive instructions on how to return your hardware. We will issue a refund for hardware returns upon receipt, but please note that Ooma cannot refund shipping costs.

Third-Party Reseller

Hardware that was purchased through a third-party reseller must be returned through the reseller’s return procedures. Please keep in mind that return policies vary by reseller. Ooma cannot issue a refund for hardware that was purchased through a third-party reseller.

You must also contact our Customer Care team to cancel your service. Failure to contact our Customer Care team may result in charges to your account after you have returned your hardware.
