To cancel your port request, please contact our Customer Care team. Please note if your port is scheduled to complete in less than 5 business days, we will not be able to cancel your port request.

If a refund is needed, you will be refunded and you will see a refund for your porting fee in 5-7 business days. It may take up to a few days to see the charge back on your card due to the fact that the process differs per financial institution.
