Your website says call waiting is included but mine is not working

  • If you have recently ported your landline over to Ooma we may need to check the settings on your account.
  • If you are using your existing landline with your Ooma, you MUST have a call waiting plan with your local phone company for this feature to work with Ooma.
  • If you chose an Ooma phone number, please try using a different phone in the phone port and re-test to see if the issue persists.
