Troubleshooting the Ooma ATOM AP30
ATOM status light is off
The device might be powered off. Check that it is securely plugged in to the power outlet and that the power outlet is operational.
ATOM status light is slowly blinking amber
The device might be too far away from the nearest AP150 or AP250 access point. Try moving the ATOM closer to an access point.
ATOM cannot connect to wireless network
Verify that the network name and password are correct.
ATOM is connected to the wireless network but has no Internet access
Move the device closer to the access point. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact our Customer Care team.
