Troubleshooting the Grandstream 7602 access point
Note that The Grandstream 7602 device cannot act as a DHCP server and does not support IP routing.
Status light is off
The device might be powered off. Check that it is securely plugged in and that the outlet is functional.
Cannot connect to wireless network
Verify that the network name and password are correct. Note that the label on the device will not have the correct password if you changed it after receiving the device.
Connected to the wireless network but has no Internet access
If the device is having persistent or intermittent Internet connectivity problems, please contact our Customer Care team.
