Performing a factory reset on the Ooma Connect Base Station
If you need to perform a factory reset for the Ooma Connect Base Station, you can do so by following these instructions:
- Power the Base Station off and remove the power cable.
- Plug the power cable back in while holding the Reset button (located beside the USB port on the back of the Base Station) down while it’s booting up. If the button is too small, use a hard, flat object press it.
- Keep the Reset button depressed as the device goes through its factory reset cycle:
- The LED will turn solid red
- The LED will then turn red and green
- The LED will turn solid green and the speaker will pop twice
- The LED will blink red and blue
- The LED will return to solid red
- When the LED has returned to solid red, continue holding the Reset button for another ten seconds.
- Release the Reset button and allow the device to reboot.
