How do I turn Traffic Monitoring on?
Traffic Monitoring is automatically enabled when you subscribe to Ooma Internet Security. You cannot disable this feature.
How can I view a list of recent traffic on my network?
You can view a report of Traffic Monitoring results on the Ooma Internet Security Overview page.
Is there a way to exempt the Internet usage from one or more devices on my network from Traffic Monitoring?
No. Traffic Monitoring tracks the Internet usage from all devices on your network.
Is there a way to add “safe times” when Internet browsing is not subject to the Ooma Internet Security monitoring and filters?
No. Traffic Monitoring is enabled at all times and tracks all web traffic.
Are websites that are on my Website Whitelist or that I have temporarily whitelisted with the override password tracked by traffic monitoring?
Yes. Traffic monitoring tracks all Internet usage, including temporarily or permanently whitelisted websites.
