The Settings tab in Ooma Office Manager lets you manage your company’s connected extensions, devices, and phone numbers. You can use this tab to do the following:


  • Search for a specific device
  • Filter your devices by type
  • Sort your devices
  • Add new devices


  • Search for a specific phone number or for the number(s) assigned to a specific user
  • Filter your phone numbers by type
  • Update which user each phone number is assigned to
  • Add new phone numbers
