All Ooma Telo systems, both new and refurbished, come with a standard one-year warranty to help protect your investment. You can also purchase an extended warranty to cover your system for up to an additional two years.

If your system is within the warranty period and ceases to function in a manner that cannot be resolved through troubleshooting, please contact our Customer Care Team. An Ooma representative will confirm that your unit is not functional, and will work with you to replace it free of charge.
