The phone rings and you pick it up. If the call is not for you, you’re left with a choice between taking a message (and remembering to pass it on), and asking the person on the other line to call again so you can let them go to voicemail. Now Ooma has got a solution to this particular phone etiquette problem: Send to Voicemail. With the push of a button you can transfer a caller directly to voicemail without a hassle, letting the caller leave their message and relieving you of the burden of writing it down. It’s a win-win for everyone!
